Choose WELL when at the bar

Revive with an artisanal elixir from Crafted at Westin.

With the world slowly and surely shifting toward wholesome, pure and organic food and produce, why should your favourite cocktail be left out. Westin Hotels and Resort announces the launch of Crafted by Westin, a new signature cocktail menu that invites guests to choose well behind the bar. Taking inspiration from fresh natural ingredients, local flavors and craftsmanship, Crafted at Westin is the Westin brand’s newest food and beverage program.

Crafted at Westin is part of the Eat Well pillar as part of the Westin Well-Being Movement, that encompasses programs across Westin’s six pillars of well-being – Sleep Well, Eat Well, Move Well, Feel Well, Work Well and Play Well, to promote a comprehensive approach to healthy lifestyles. Whisky Punch

On 27th of May, the Westin Gurgaon launched the program with much style and some very well crafted cocktails of their own, such as such as Pomegranate Green Tea, Whiskey Punch, Camomile Mule, Monk’s Sapphire and other handcrafted cocktails along with refreshing mocktails such as Granny Julep, Pine is Mine and Aambi will be introduced. The Crafted at Westin menu is now available across signature restaurants at The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi and The Westin Sohna Resort and Spa.

My favourite however was the Chai Experiments. I’m usually not a fan of vodka but i do love my cup of chai. And if a bartender can mix my two favourite things together ( chai and liquor 🙂 ) you’ve got my attention.

The drink is prepared by infusion of vodka with special Chai Masala and spices for one to two weeks; true to the Indian culture along with famous Indian spices namely Cinnamon, Cardamom, Star anise, Mace; complementing to the local tastes, stirred and blended together with amaretto, grand marnier and angostura bitter served on the rocks. Do give this one a try if your in mood for some experiments with cocktails.
