Dim sum is a bite-sized delicacy which originated in Southern Chinese teahouses where ‘Yum Cha’, ‘drinking tea’ was developed into a masterful dining ritual.
The restaurant has created a selection of dim sum varieties, which guests can enjoy and will be replenished. The dim sum choices include Szechwan Chicken Dumplings,Prawn Tobico with Light Soy, Crystal Vegetable and Prawn Dumplings to name a few.
